A: Softlips does not test on animals and is completely cruelty free.
Q: Is Softlips Ok for Vegans?
A: Softlips Tints and Glosses contain Lanolin Oil which comes from sheep’s wool (which is considered an animal by-product). Some Vegans choose not to use these products – Softlips Lip Moisturizer and Organics are excellent alternative choices.

A: None of these products are contained in Softlips.
Q. Are there any peanut products in Softlips?
A. Although Softlips do not contain peanut products, some of our Softlips products contain Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil which is a tree nut oil. One of the U.S Softlips balms contains nut oil from Shea Butter and our Organic line is run on the same manufacturing line. Although the lines are cleaned after each flavor is run, we cannot guarantee that there will be no trace of nut oils at all in the other flavors.
Q: Are there any petroleum derived ingredients in Softlips?
A: Softlips Organics are completely natural. Sweet, Nourish, Tints and Glosses utilize a small percentage of mineral oils that are selectively refined and meet or exceed the highest-quality standards.

A: Squalane is a natural organic compound, originally obtained from shark liver oil. The squalane found in Softlips Lip Moisturizers is developed from a plant source (vegetable oils).

A: Softlips SPF ingredients are Octinoxate, Octisalate and Oxybenzone – Softlips Lip Moisturizers contains SPF.
Q: Are there any non-organic ingredients in Softlips Organics?
A: Softlips Organics are 95% Organic and all ingredients are naturally derived. The ingredients that are not considered Organic (but still 100% natural) are the added flavours and Vitamin E
